Refund Policy

House of Haven Mental Health requires payment at the time services are scheduled or rendered.

 

• All payments for services that have been provided are non-refundable.

• Deposits and appointment fees are non-refundable, as they reserve provider time and resources.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your deposit or being charged a late cancellation/no-show fee.

• Refunds will only be considered in the event of billing errors or duplicate charges and will be processed back to the original form of payment.
